This unique-design project, is the transformation of an old manufacturing warehouse into posh office suites.

Legendary did the metal-stud framing, hanging the drywall, tape, and a level 5 finish, in addition to the exterior soffets under the new extravagant entrances.

The exterior transformation is still under construction.

Legendary did the metal-stud framing, hanging the drywall, tape, and texture of walls and ceilings.

Buffalo Wings and Rings, a 2,500 sq. ft. project to convert three spaces in an Elk Grove shopping complex, into the new restaurant.

Off Broadway Shoes in the Birdcage, was a 7,500 sq. ft. space in The Birdcage.
